If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GardenRest. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
14. Advertising and Sponsorship
Our service may contain advertising and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion is accurate and complies with applicable laws. We are not responsible for the illegality or any error, inaccuracy or problem in the advertiser's or sponsor's materials.
15. Age Restrictions
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have the information removed.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the service after we post any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements.
